Welcome to Eco Buzz Tours! Please read the following terms and conditions carefully, as they apply to all reservations and experiences provided by Eco Buzz Tours, LLC.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Eco Buzz Tours is not responsible for cancellations caused by conditions beyond our control, such as inclement weather, road closures, vehicle issues, or unexpected third-party disruptions.

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to your tour are non-refundable.
  • No-shows will be charged in full.
  • If you need to reschedule, we offer a credit valid for 12 months from the original payment date.

Alcohol Policy

Guests must be 21 years or older to consume or purchase alcohol during the tour. Please drink responsibly and stay mindful of your group and surroundings.

Credit Card Hold & Vehicle Cleanliness

To ensure a safe and comfortable experience for all passengers, a $500 refundable damage hold will be placed on the credit card of the booking party prior to the tour. This hold is not charged unless:

  • There is excessive cleaning required (e.g., spills, broken glassware, or bodily fluids such as vomit)
  • Damage is caused to the vehicle beyond normal wear and tear
  • Smoking occurs inside the vehicle

The hold will be released within 48 hours of tour completion if no issues are reported.

Liability Disclaimer

While every effort is made to provide a safe and enjoyable experience, Eco Buzz Tours is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the actions of third-party vendors or unforeseen circumstances, except where caused by our own negligence or intentional misconduct.

Payment & Gratuities

We accept all major credit cards. A valid card is required to secure all bookings. Fuel surcharges may apply.

Gratuities for your guide and tasting room staff are not included in your booking. A tip of 15–20% is customary and sincerely appreciated.

Timing and Itinerary Flexibility

All pickup and return times are approximate. We make every effort to adhere to the planned itinerary, but changes may occur based on traffic, weather, or winery availability.
