Booking Policy

Passenger Waivers

Each guest is required to complete a digital liability waiver prior to participating in the tour. The booking party will receive a link to share with their group via text or email. Guests who have not signed in advance will be asked to complete the waiver upon arrival using a QR Code or mobile device.

Credit Card Hold & Vehicle Cleanliness

To help maintain a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, a $500 refundable damage hold will be placed on the credit card of the person making the reservation (the “Booking Party”) prior to the tour. The Booking Party agrees to these terms on behalf of their group and is financially responsible for the conduct of all participants.

This is a standard precaution and is not a charge, just a temporary hold. It will only be processed in the rare event that:

  • Excessive cleaning is required due to spills that cause staining or damage (e.g., red wine, coffee, soda, or bodily fluids—not minor messes like water drips or dust)

  • Damage occurs to the vehicle beyond normal wear and tear

  • Smoking or vaping takes place inside the vehicle

If no issues are reported, the hold will be fully released within 48 hours of the tour’s completion.

Private Tours Only

All tours are private—your group only. No outside guests will be added to your reservation.

Liability Disclaimer

While every effort is made to provide a safe and enjoyable experience, Eco Buzz Tours is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the actions of third-party vendors, the consumption of alcohol, or any unforeseen circumstances. By participating, guests assume all risks associated with the tour experience.

Alcohol Policy & Conduct

Guests must be 21+ years of age to consume alcohol and may be required to present valid ID. Alcohol consumption is prohibited inside the vehicle in accordance with Arizona law. Eco Buzz Tours reserves the right to refuse service or end the tour without refund for any disruptive or unsafe behavior.

Payment & Gratuities

We accept all major credit cards. A valid card is required to secure all bookings. Gratuities for your guide and tasting room staff are not included but are always appreciated (15–20% is customary). Fuel surcharges may apply.

Timing and Itinerary Flexibility

All pickup and return times are approximate. We aim to follow the planned itinerary, but changes may occur based on traffic, weather, or winery/brewery availability.

Agreement to Terms

By confirming a reservation with Eco Buzz Tours, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.


Cancellations and Rescheduling

Eco Buzz Tours is not responsible for cancellations caused by conditions beyond our control, such as inclement weather, road closures, vehicle issues, or unexpected third-party disruptions. In such situations, you will be offered a tour credit valid for 12 months from the original tour date.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your reservation, our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • More than 7 days before your tour: Full refund or credit (your choice).
  • 3 to 7 days before your tour: Tour credit only (valid for 12 months).
  • Less than 72 hours before the tour or no-show: No refund or credit will be issued.

Guest Count & No-Shows:

All bookings are private, and pricing is based on the number of guests selected at checkout. If fewer guests attend than originally booked, we are unable to offer a refund for those seats unless you notify us of the change at least 48 hours in advance. A minimum charge of $300 (equivalent to 3 guests) applies to all tours.

This policy helps us plan effectively, protect our availability, and operate sustainably as a small business. We recommend collecting payment from your group members in advance to avoid any last-minute issues.
