Eco Buzz Tours Giveaway Official Rules
1. No Purchase Necessary
No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. Making a purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
2. Eligibility
The giveaway is open to individuals who:
- Are at least 21 years of age on the date of the tour.
- Can legally consume alcohol in the United States.
- Are able to travel to the Tucson, Arizona area to participate in the tour.
You do not need to be an Arizona resident to enter.
Employees of Eco Buzz Tours and their immediate family members are not eligible to win.
3. Giveaway Period
Entries will be accepted beginning on [Start Date] and ending at 11:59 PM Arizona Time on [End Date].
Entries received after the deadline will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
Complete the official giveaway entry form during the giveaway period.
After entering, participants will receive a unique referral link. Additional entries may be earned when eligible friends enter the giveaway using that referral link.
Only legitimate referrals qualify. Eco Buzz Tours reserves the right to remove duplicate, fraudulent, automated, or self-generated entries at its sole discretion.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive:
A private Eco Buzz Tours experience for up to six (6) guests.
Approximate Retail Value: $600
The prize includes:
- Private transportation aboard the all-electric Volkswagen ID. Buzz
- A customized Arizona wine country experience
- Pickup and drop-off within Eco Buzz Tours' standard service area
The prize does not include:
- Wine tastings
- Food and beverages
- Gratuities
- Lodging
- Transportation to or from Tucson
- Any expenses not specifically listed above
6. Scheduling & Redemption
The selected winner must respond to the winner notification within seven (7) days or an alternate winner may be selected.
After the prize has been accepted, Eco Buzz Tours and the winner will work together to schedule the tour on a mutually agreeable date, subject to Eco Buzz Tours' availability.
Winning the giveaway does not guarantee availability on any specific date.
The tour must be completed by [December 31, 2026] unless Eco Buzz Tours agrees otherwise in writing.
7. Winner Selection
One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the giveaway closes.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
8. Winner Notification
The selected winner will be contacted using the email address provided during registration.
If the selected winner cannot be reached, does not respond within seven (7) days, declines the prize, or is determined to be ineligible, Eco Buzz Tours reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
9. Photography & Promotional Use
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that Eco Buzz Tours may photograph and/or record limited video during portions of the tour for promotional purposes.
At a minimum, the winner agrees to participate in a group photo during the tour and grants Eco Buzz Tours permission to publish that photo, along with the winner's first name and home city, in connection with announcing the winner and promoting future giveaways and tours.
Eco Buzz Tours will make reasonable efforts to respect guests who prefer not to appear extensively in promotional content during the remainder of the tour.
The winner grants Eco Buzz Tours a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use photographs and video captured during the tour for advertising, marketing, social media, website content, and other promotional purposes without further compensation. This permission survives completion of the tour and is not subject to future revocation with respect to materials already created or published.
10. Prize Restrictions
The prize:
- Has no cash value.
- Is non-transferable.
- May not be sold, exchanged, or redeemed for cash or credit.
- May not be substituted except at the sole discretion of Eco Buzz Tours.
11. Giveaway Integrity
Eco Buzz Tours reserves the right to verify all entries.
Any attempt to manipulate the giveaway—including fake email addresses, automated entries, duplicate accounts, self-referrals, bots, or other fraudulent activity—may result in immediate disqualification.
12. Cancellation or Modification
If circumstances beyond Eco Buzz Tours' reasonable control prevent the giveaway or the awarded tour from taking place as planned, Eco Buzz Tours reserves the right to modify, postpone, substitute a prize of equal value, or cancel the promotion if necessary.
13. Privacy
Information collected during this giveaway will be used to administer the promotion and to occasionally share updates, special offers, and news from Eco Buzz Tours.
Participants may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
Eco Buzz Tours does not sell personal information.
